In this fourth session of the ongoing demo series, you continue to hear the unfolding process with the same volunteer as deeper patterns come into awareness and are worked with in real time.
Early in the session, we track a subtle but powerful moment: the way he leaves himself when discomfort arises. Instead of trying to stop it, we stay with it. This is where the work is.
As we follow that movement, an introject begins to emerge. A sense of obligation. A pull toward the other. The feeling that he should be doing something for me rather than staying with his own experience.
You’ll hear how this “I should” pattern organizes attention, pulls him out of himself, and shapes the relational field. And you’ll hear what happens when we slow it down, bring it into awareness, and work with it directly.
We do a few experiments with the introject and staying seated in his sovereign Self. To listen to the full demo, join us on Patreon.
