True healing in psychotherapy is made possible by a client’s connection to their innate spirituality. This isn’t about the right technique or the most accurate analysis—it’s about supporting clients in returning to the truth of who they are.
In this episode, I share why spirituality in psychotherapy is not a “topic” to be discussed, but a way of listening and being present that honors each person as a whole, sovereign being. Together, we explore how traditional psychotherapy has been shaped by the medical model, and how including spirituality—the living essence that animates us, connects us, and guides us back to truth—transforms the therapeutic encounter into a sacred space of awakening.
I also illustrate how this depth of listening reveals itself in practice: when we slow down with clients, pause with their lived experience, and attune to the subtle field where their true nature is alive, even beneath layers of trauma or conditioning.
Spirituality in psychotherapy is not something extra—it is the very ground of the work itself.
