In this powerful demo session, I work with a volunteer navigating recovery from sex and love addiction following a recent breakup. As part of her healing, she chose to step away from social meetups for 90 days—a decision that brought up grief, anger, and fear of being forgotten.
Together, we explored the embodied roots of her pain, turning toward early attachment wounds and reclaiming the parts of herself she had abandoned. Through presence and awareness, she recognized how her projections outward were reflections of her own inner disconnection.
The second half of the session—available on Patreon—features deep reparenting and completion work with her inner young one, offering a profound glimpse into the healing process.
Please note that for the purposes of this podcast, some moments of this session have been omitted, included many moments of silence.
