In this live demo session, I sit with a volunteer whose lifelong pattern has been to look outward for her sense of okayness. Beneath this orientation lives a split: the way she dissociates from herself and the anger that arises when she feels unseen or unsupported. Together, we slow down and attune not just to her words, but to her body, her breath, and the subtle energy of the moment.
What emerges is a powerful exploration of fear, longing, and sovereignty—the lived edge between carrying forward generational survival strategies and reclaiming the right to live fully. Through present-moment awareness and a gentle two-chair gestalt experiment, the volunteer begins to encounter the deeper wisdom beneath her story. This session is a tender reminder that healing is not about fixing the past, but about creating the conditions for integration and alignment here and now.
