Who is this program designed for?

This training is designed for clinicians and coaches with solid professional foundations who feel called to work at the intersection of psychology, embodiment, and transpersonal awareness. It is well suited for those with a master’s degree or certified coach training, at least 100 hours of clinical experience, and a genuine interest in non-ordinary states of consciousness and inner inquiry. Participants are expected to engage relationally—by examining internal bias, honoring sovereignty, and committing to presence through the majority of live classes.

Do I need to attend live or can I watch the recordings?

The training is made up of both live and recorded teachings, and all live classes are recorded for later viewing. You are welcome to watch the recordings if you need flexibility. However, to earn CE credit, full attendance at the live classes is required.

 

What are the dates, schedule, and time commitment?

We meet live on the first Friday of each month from March through August, from 10:00 to 12:00 MT. Please note that the July session will take place on July 10th due to the holiday weekend.

In addition to these live group learning days, you will receive monthly recorded lectures and PDF handouts to support integration at your own pace. You will also have the option to meet twice a month in a triad, where you’ll practice skills, observe one another, and deepen your learning together in a relational setting.

Is there any homework?

The homework for this course includes one recorded lecture per month along with self-paced reading to support integration between live sessions.

Is this approach evidence-based?

Yes. This training is grounded in evidence-based principles drawn from Gestalt therapy, relational neuroscience, somatic psychology, and trauma-informed practice. Gestalt therapy itself is a well-established, research-supported modality, and the core elements emphasized in this training—present-moment awareness, relational attunement, nervous system regulation, and experiential integration—are consistently supported by contemporary clinical research.

In addition, this approach honors forms of knowing that extend beyond manualized technique, including phenomenology, embodiment, and meaning-making. These dimensions are increasingly recognized in the literature as essential to effective, ethical, and lasting therapeutic change—especially in work with trauma, attachment, and chronic dysregulation.

 

Does this trainings count towards continuing education credits?

Yes. This training offers 12 continuing education (CE) credits for eligible licensed clinicians. To receive CE credit, participants must attend all live classes in full, as credits cannot be awarded for recorded viewing alone. Additional details regarding eligibility and certificates will be provided upon registration.
